    Самостоятельный онлайн-пакет для Product Owners, Product Managers, Business Analysts и специалистов, которые хотят развить навыки Product Ownership и научиться эффективнее управлять ценностью продукта.

    Product Owner — это член Scrum-команды, который отвечает за «максимизацию ценности продукта, получаемого в результате работы Scrum-команды». Это сложная работа, требующая серьёзного набора знаний и навыков.

    Product Owner владеет видением продукта. Он играет ключевую роль в том, чтобы привести остальную Scrum-команду к общему пониманию ценности, назначения, целей и направления продукта. Профессиональный Product Owner использует как навыки гибкого управления продуктом, так и навыки Scrum, чтобы выполнять свои обязанности.

    Чтобы максимизировать ценность работы Scrum-команды, Product Owner должен своевременно принимать решения и давать команде ориентиры. Для этого зоны ответственности Product Owner и результат работы команды должны лежать на одном человеке. Их нельзя распределить между несколькими людьми или комитетом.

    Начните свой путь Product Owner:

    Чтобы хорошо понимать зоны ответственности Product Owner, нужно изучить Scrum, роль Product Owner, управление Product Backlog и взаимодействие с многочисленными стейкхолдерами для сбора их обратной связи и вводных. Поэтому мы создали пакет курсов для самостоятельного обучения, который поможет вам учиться и развивать свои возможности.

    Пакет курсов для самостоятельного обучения даёт Product Owner путь обучения, включающий понимание Scrum, зон ответственности Product Owner, эффективной коммуникации со стейкхолдерами и управления своим Product Backlog.

    Что в итоге даёт bundle:

    После прохождения трёх курсов Product Owner получает более целостное понимание трёх ключевых областей:

    Product Ownership:
    • Product Vision;
    • Product Strategy;
    • Product Goal;
    • Value;
    • Validation;
    • принятие продуктовых решений.
    Product Backlog Management:
    • создание и управление Backlog;
    • ordering;
    • refinement;
    • работа с Developers;
    • управление неопределённостью.
    Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • коммуникация;
    • collaboration;
    • получение feedback;
    • управление ожиданиями;
    • вовлечение Stakeholders.
    Главная идея bundle:

    Product Owner — это не просто человек, который управляет Backlog.

    Это специалист, который соединяет:
    • потребности пользователей;
    • бизнес-цели;
    • Product Vision;
    • Product Strategy;
    • Scrum Team;
    • Stakeholders;
    • Product Backlog;
    • обратную связь;
    • измерение ценности.
    И постоянно принимает решения о том, как максимизировать ценность продукта в условиях неопределённости.

    В bundle входят три направления обучения:

    В этом онлайн-курсе для самостоятельного обучения вы научитесь эффективно взаимодействовать со стейкхолдерами в Scrum-среде.
    Эффективное взаимодействие со стейкхолдерами — одна из самых важных и одновременно самых сложных частей создания продуктов. Неэффективное взаимодействие со стейкхолдерами может приводить к задержкам, разочарованию, потерям и подорванному доверию, обесценивая работу, проделанную для поставки продукта.

    Этот курс для самостоятельного обучения помогает Scrum-командам развить свой способ работы за пределы основ Scrum и перейти к практичному, ориентированному на человека взаимодействию со стейкхолдерами. Он сфокусирован на выявлении нужных стейкхолдеров, раннем вовлечении, развитии эмпатии, понимании потребностей и работе с конфликтами, где Scrum — это двигатель, который обеспечивает взаимодействие и поставку ценности.

    На протяжении курса студенты участвуют в интерактивных упражнениях, читают, смотрят видео и проходят тесты, обучаясь на реальных сценариях. Узнайте, что делает взаимодействие Scrum-команд со стейкхолдерами эффективным — для лучшей согласованности, лучших решений и лучших результатов!

    В этом онлайн-курсе для самостоятельного обучения вы узнаете, как члены Scrum-команды эффективно взаимодействуют со стейкхолдерами всех видов. В сложной продуктовой разработке реальный успех зависит от того, как люди взаимодействуют с теми, кто находится вне Scrum-команды, при формировании видения продукта, приоритетов и результатов. Курс выходит за рамки теории и фокусируется на навыках, мышлении и техниках, необходимых Scrum-командам для построения доверия, согласованности и совместной ответственности со стейкхолдерами. Курс готовит вас к тому, чтобы выйти за пределы механики фреймворков и освоить искусство взаимодействия со стейкхолдерами. Он даст вам возможность поставлять ценность не только через свою Scrum-команду, но и через партнёрства, которые вы создаёте внутри и за пределами своей организации.

    Результаты обучения:

    После прохождения курса студенты смогут эффективно вовлекать стейкхолдеров в Scrum, используя эмпатию, события Scrum, артефакты и дополняющие практики для улучшения результатов продукта, а также смогут:

    • какую информацию им необходимо получать;
    • какую обратную связь от них важно учитывать.
    Communication

    Эффективная коммуникация включает:
    • правильный выбор формата;
    • адаптацию информации под аудиторию;
    • прозрачность решений;
    • объяснение Product Goals;
    • обсуждение trade-offs;
    • управление ожиданиями.
    Feedback

    Stakeholders могут предоставлять важную информацию о:
    • бизнес-потребностях;
    • клиентах;
    • рынке;
    • рисках;
    • возможностях;
    • результатах продукта.
    Product Owner использует эту информацию для дальнейшей проверки и адаптации продукта.

    Collaboration вместо передачи требований

    Основная идея — Stakeholders не должны просто передавать Product Owner список требований.
    Вместо этого Product Owner сотрудничает с ними, чтобы:
    • лучше понять проблему;
    • исследовать варианты;
    • сформировать общую картину;
    • определить потенциальную ценность;
    • принимать более обоснованные решения.

    Сертификация:

    В состав bundle входит обучение, которое помогает подготовиться к Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I).

    PSPO I проверяет понимание:
    • Scrum Framework;
    • роли Product Owner;
    • Product Backlog;
    • Product Goal;
    • Product Value;
    • Stakeholder management;
    • применения Scrum для создания ценности.
    Важно: курс и сертификация — не одно и то же. Сертификат PSPO I подтверждается отдельным assessment Scrum.org.

    A Product Owner is the member of the Scrum Team accountable for “maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum Team.” This is a complex job and one that requires a strong set of knowledge and skills.

    The Product Owner owns the product vision. They play a crucial role in guiding the rest of the Scrum Team toward a shared understanding of the product’s value, purpose, goals and direction. A professional Product Owner uses both agile product management and Scrum skills to fulfill their responsibilities.

    In order to maximize the value of the work of the Scrum Team, the Product Owner must provide timely decision-making and guidance to the team. This requires that the accountabilities of the Product Owner and the outcome of the work the team does, rest with one person. They cannot be distributed across several people or a committee.

    Get started on your Product Owner journey:

    Building a strong understanding of the accountabilities of a Product Owner requires learning about Scrum, the Product Owner, how to manage the Product Backlog and how to engage with the many stakeholders to gather their feedback and inputs. For this reason, we have created a bundle of self-paced courses to help you learn and grow your capabilities.

    The self-paced bundle of courses provides Product Owners with a learning journey that includes understanding Scrum, the accountabilities of the Product Owner, how to effectively communicate with stakeholders and how to manage their Product Backlog.
